  • DO YOU DO LOGOS?
    Yes and no. Yes, as part of the whole brand strategy and identity. No, if it’s just a logo you need. The logo is just 10% of your brand and we don’t want to give you just 10% of the result you need.
  • CAN YOU DO IT ON A TIGHT DEADLINE? I NEED IT ASAP.
    We understand that some projects need to be done on a quick turnaround, that's why we we have our Design Intensive Day for projects like these. However, if you have a project in mind that would require more time and research, we suggest booking a spot 2-3 months in advanced before your ideal launch date so you can plan and prepare ahead of time.
  • DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
    Of course! We understand that branding and website design is a big investment, so we will help you with a payment plan that is fit for you.
  • WILL YOU MAINTAIN MY WEBSITE?
    When you book a Shopify Design & Build service with us, you are automatically entitled to a 2-week ongoing support after you launch. If you wish to continue the support on a monthly basis, we also offer monthly website maintenance exclusive for past Shopify clients only.
  • CAN YOU BUILD MY WEBSITE ON ANOTHR PLATFORM AND NOT ON SHOPIFY?
    Unfortunately, we only offer Shopify websites for our e-commerce clients. We believe that Shopify is the best platform for product-based businesses because it's specifically designed for the e-commerce industry. We have also mastered our Shopify Design and Build process which makes the development stage faster and more efficient.
  • DO YOU OFFER PRINT SERVICES?
    Not at the moment, but we hope to offer this service in the future. In the meantime, we have a list of trusted print suppliers and vendors that we can recommend to our clients in case they need printing services.
  • WHAT IF I NEED MORE GRAPHICS DONE?
    If you need to add more graphics done aside from our current packages, just fill out an inquiry form and after the intro call, we can create a custom proposal for you!
